The announcement text:
Summary: Partner with Account, Creative, and Technical teams to deliver projects, ranging from web site development to online advertising campaigns, on time and within budget with an eye toward exceeding client expectations. The Project Manager will proactively manage projects from estimate to post-project review working with the client and account management to drive program design and execution.



Responsibilities:

Production

•Create a build matrix for each campaign, which includes all required specs

•Manage flash production and keep on schedule

•Put all produced creative on server for QA and trafficking

•Rename all creative appropriately for trafficking

•Aid in the continual assessment of new technologies and web services

•Assist in writing scopes of work

Schedules

•Create schedules for all projects and send to Account and Creative

•Make sure projects stay on schedule – and make Account aware when projects are off schedule

•Maintain all schedules and keep Account and Creative up to date when revisions are made

Creative Management

•Assist with creative resources/sourcing

•Ensure Creatives are completing tasks on time based on PM schedule

•Follow-up with Creatives to attend meetings

Financial

•Create billing requests for Finance

•Maintain Finance folders and documents for reference

•Open Job numbers

•Create estimates (based on signed SOWs)



Qualifications:

•Minimum 3 years experience working in a creative online environment as a junior Project Manager.

•Particularly seeking applicants with a background working on financial clients such as banks, brokerages, etc.

•Must have the ability to manage interactive projects in an autonomous manner from initiation through to completion in a fast-paced environment

•Complete understanding of the Internet and the technologies employed; of creative development; and of relationship marketing.

•Comprehensive understanding of trends in the interactive industry, e.g. loyalty programs, multimedia, email standards, social media.

•Intermediate to Advanced Word, Excel, Power Point skills; working knowledge of HTML and other front-end technologies a plus.

•Intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Project

•Extensive experience managing timelines and resources

•Established communication, people, presentation and organizational skills

•Understanding of brand development/online advertising very helpful

•Passion for new technologies and creative practices

•Strong sense of ownership and urgency; take-charge personality and problem-solver

•Self starter with an ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities and meet deadlines

•Must be responsible, dedicated, positive attitude, reliable, dynamic, talented and enthusiastic. Must have good communication skills, be self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as a team-player, accept creative suggestions openly, work well under pressure, be able to manage multiple projects and prioritize projects according to changing deadlines
